Do I need this for a Aqarium planted?

The bulbs are disposable cover of the ocean, where photosynthetic organisms (especially corals) are heavily dependent on blue light. freshwater plants depend on a balance of blue and red light, the hood does not provide much. Because of this, I do not recommend for your aquarium. Unless you are ready to replace the bulbs with bulbs more appropriate (from 5.500 to 6.700 K), I suggest you follow looking.
